Greater Longview United Way is expanding our annual Day of Action into a full Week of Action, creating more opportunities than ever for our community to get involved and make a difference.
From May 1–8, volunteers, businesses, and community members will come together to support local partner agencies through hands-on projects, donation drives, and skill-based service.
Kickoff Celebration
Friday, May 1
8:00 AM (approximately 1 hour)
The Green | 207 S. Spur 63, Longview
We’ll start the week together with a light breakfast, photos, and a brief program before volunteers head out to their projects. Whether you're volunteering that day or later in the week, you're invited to join us.
How the Week Works
Friday, May 1: Kickoff celebration + traditional Day of Action projects
Saturday, May 2: Optional weekend projects
Monday–Friday, May 4–8: Flexible projects scheduled throughout the week
This format allows individuals and teams to participate when it works best for them while still being part of one coordinated community effort.
