Our mission statement: To foster a peaceful and comfortable end of life process for our patients and to educate and support their loved ones. Our vision statement: To create and maintain a hospice culture of excellent patient & family care.
What We Do
We are the highest rated non-profit hospice in the State of Texas. We take care of terminally ill individuals and their families. We have an interdisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, and volunteers.
