Angel’s Abode mission is to provide a safe nurturing environment, to empower growth and well-being on children’s journey towards stronger relationships.

Angels Abode is focused on helping children and families maintain safe, healthy, and meaningful connections during challenging family circumstances. At the heart of what Angels Abode does is supervised visitation. Trained volunteers and staff monitor visits between children and their parents or family members in a safe, supportive, and neutral environment. The goal is not to judge the family, but to provide children with an opportunity to spend meaningful time with their loved ones while following the requirements established for the visit. What Angels Abode provides * Supervised family visits in a secure, child-friendly environment * Trained visitation monitors/volunteers who observe and document visits objectively * A child-focused environment where families can play, talk, read, eat, and build positive memories together * Neutral, detailed documentation of visitation activities when required * Opportunities for community members to volunteer and support families Angels Abode believes that every visit matters. Even during difficult circumstances, children deserve the opportunity to experience consistency, connection, and positive interactions with their parents and family members. The organization is also working toward expanding its services to support children in foster care through a future General Residential Operation, creating additional opportunities to provide stability, care, and support to children and families.
